Made, not born.

Is a man simply what he does for a living? If you think so; I am a customer success manager and help my relations grow better through strategic consulting @ HubSpot. But I do not believe so. We are not just made by the challenges we faced, but what we have overcome and by providing resilience and persistence.


Experience with working independently within a larger organisation, where every decision should be made accountable, but where it was equally important to casually explain why the cost-offer I made was best for the client. Careful planning due to time-pressure and managing the business relations is what sets me apart. I also love to work with colleagues, share my knowledge and learn from others. As son of a freelance computer programmer I have problem-solving skills for many mainstream client based computer programs, including Windows and Office and helped out with complex issues since I was little. As a hobby I build websites and do some programming.

Cost Expert

Establishing realistic capital cost for bids and tenders of various types of constructions. My role in the company allowed me to have first contact with customers, build a team to determine the cost, work out the bid and often participate in the end-negotiations. Was core-member of the development team for various build-and-design project (.5 - 5 million euro). During the construction itself I would still remain point of contact, but that is a minor role.
